Service / AMC

We offer after sales service as and when required by the Buyers.

Regular service and maintenance of chairs will prolong its functional life and ensure you seating comfort and sustained work productivity.

Warranty on our chairs range from 1 year to 3 years depending on the model and the make. We service our chairs free of cost at a time convenient to you during the warranty period, if there is any problem.

After the expiry of the warranty period you have the option of opting for an Annual Maintenance contract (AMC). The Annual Maintenance contract (AMC) will include 4 services a year. Our service engineers undertake to do the servicing at any location and at any time convenient to the customers. Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) holders will also benefit from replacement of major parts as required at reasonable prices. Regular servicing ensures years of trouble free seating.

Customers who opt for paid servicing as against AMC’s are also assured of on call service, maintenance, and repairs within 3 working days of logging their complaint.
